I needed an easy to use tripod for filming my son's plays and recitals. This is great. It's compact and expands to 5ft. You can also adjust each of the legs for unbalanced ground. Great price at $19.99

I bought this for my overseas vacation. Pros: Sturdy, good price. Cons: Heavy, doesn't pack easily, a few tiny parts that can be easily lost, no bluetooth clicker for taking photos so you have to set selfie timer.

So tripods aren't just for cameras any more, they also are for laser devices to help you install tile on the walls, floor, etc. and basically anything that requires a straight line. This one works great for all purposes! The legs are adjustable. The camera (or whatever you place on it) tilts. Came with a nice phone holder for the tripod, too, which has worked great for my kid's videos for virtual school.

The price should say it all. This is definitely not the tripod for anyone super serious about shooting photography. The parts are very cheap and I find myself being very careful when setting the tripod. It is light and easy to carry around when field shooting, but I would not suggest this for serious work.
