When turning the base it is quite stiff and thus creates jerk like movements in the shot when recording. Good for steady shots and affordable.

The 3rd tier legs are flimsy but if you're doing simple photography it does the job. Best for phone cameras, my camera was a little heavy for it. But it did what i needed it to.
