I would recommend using a remote shutter release or delay with this to minimize movement, but otherwise it does exactly what a tripod is supposed to do.

Otherwise seems like a pretty sturdy nice tripod! Would buy again.

Lightweight Tripod

On the flip side it is very light weight and I love that about it.
