It could be more sturdy, however I understand that this is an entry level peice of equipment. One can get weights. It has never fallen over, but might as well be safe instead of sorry.

Excellent light weight tripod

Lots of easy to use angle adjustments for the camera. It even comes with a quick release base that stays on the camera and allows you to re-mount the camera quickly. The wind up center section works fine but the handle is a little small. I don't see much use for the spirit level though. Very well constructed. Perfect for small cameras and video cameras but I wouldn't recommend for a larger SLR style camera with a larger lens. Excellent overall.
