    My mom has taken up photography as a serious hobby. Taking classes and upgrading to nicer equipment has been a high priority for a while. She wanted a stand to take pictures with, and we selected this one for her. It holds her camera well and hasn't had any issues. She is happy with the selection and uses it a lot.

    I like this tripod. It works for me. But if you are an active photographer and will be using it repeatedly, I do not think it will be durable enough. A lot of plastic parts. If you are going to use it like I do, mount the camera and point it at a mannequin and remotely fire a camera, then this thing ROCKS.

    I am a musician and I purchased this tripod for creating YouTube videos. It is very versatile in that it has great height adjustment. It also comes with adaptors for taking pictures and video with smart phones. I would not recommend taking this on the road as it is a bit fragile. Overall very good for the money.

    One of the legs had a plastic cap which fell off after second use. Now the tripod is wobbly.

    I needed a quick tripod, since I left mine in FL. Checking out BB, I saw some that were quite expensive, and just needed something for quick fix. So, this one did the trick, has everything needed, and tall enough with balance tripod indicator. I would recommend this especially for the price.
