    Better than nothing. Adding more weight hanging from center helps stability considerably. Good for beginners. Move up to Giotto or Manfrotto if you want/need real stability.

    The main issue is that if you tighten the axis points it's hard to move the camera around but if you under tighten them they become way too loose and become to shaking because you're trying to keep the camera steady the whole time. Probably after a while of use, it becomes easier to use

    So the first one i bought was $29 and it broke on the first use. I returned it then noticed it was on sale for $14 so i repurchased it. It is pretty stable worth the $14 but not the $29. I have used it twice so far and so far so good.
