Sturdy'ish and Lightweight

Great flexibly in height adjustments and in the horizontal/vertical planes. Locking mechanisms don't seem like they would last for an extended period of time the way they snap/pop, but time will tell.

However, for the use I've put it to so far, primarily recording high school basketball games with an iPad, it is not at all stable and takes some serious "management" to keep track of movement up and down the court without too much shaking. It's fine for stationary use. Again, for the price it's a decent value. For anything requiring the camera to move and track, you'll want something more sturdy and with greater ease of swivel on the top mount.
