    Purchased for my daughter so she could put a phone mount on it and record herself for YouTube. Works great for that purpose. I wouldn't recommend as a true VIDEO tripod. Works fine for stills or non-panning or tilting video though.

    No need to purchase an expensive tripod. This one works just was well. Purchased this item as a replacement. Almost spend more for a tripod and decided to go with this one glad I did. The salesman said it might fall if windy... Any tripod will fall over if windy. Glad I didn't spend a ridiculous amount of money.
