Good enough

The cheapest is the one it's replacing. I bought a spotting scope last summer and the scope was OK but it's tripod was just useless, for display purposes only. I wouldn't put my dslr on this but go pros, point and shoots and spotting scopes work just fine.

Steady mounting for your DSLR
