Broke on Fourth Use

While setting it up, one of the legs popped out of its socket. When I pushed the leg back in, a tiny, hooked piece attached to the socket snapped off. I'm by no means a bodybuilder, and the piece snapped off like a twig. Without that "hook" in place, the leg can pop out of the socket whenever you try to adjust the tripod, which is obviously not good. I've remedied the situation with a good deal of masking tape, but I'd rather have a working tripod. The good thing was I got it on sale for $10...but I'd suggest saving up for something sturdier.

The higher it goes, the more flimsy it seems, but I got it on sale and think it was worth it. Don’t expect an amazing and secure tripod at this price but it does the job.
