    I received poor customer service I bought this wanting a new tripod yes it was open box no it did not disclose it was missing pieces, I live in Wasilla my closes store is anchorage I missed the return policy by 4 days when I made my trip out here I got told they couldn’t not do anything. This was a waste of my time and money.

    2nd one I've purchased. Great because it isn't too expensive adding on to the purchase of a recorder but you get what you pay for. A adjusting knob to turn broke off the 1st day we used. And Yes happened on both purchases, on 1st adjusting knob to raise broke during use.
