    I bought this item but unfortunately the pan screw just kept screwing so therefore it was a defective unit so I had to return it and I bought another tripod from another place not Best Buy

    If you're getting into photography or don't use a tripod often, this would be the one for you. It's pretty cheap, has good height, kinda flimsy but helped me figure out what I'm looking for in a tripod because of that quality. Would only recommend for very basic use.

    The little crank on the side broke about 5 minutes after taking it out of the box. Other than that, I really like it.. the height of the legs can be adjusted, it swaps from vertical to horizontal, pans left to right, up & down & has a little level on it
