    I was so happy to take this tripod with me to Ireland. When I used it it worked fairly well. It did it's job. No complaints. However one of the legs broke rendering it useless. Never again.

    I would buy this strictly for still pictures. Do not buy it for video. It tilts ok but the pan is real rough. I bought this on a budget and still wish I spent the money on a good one. Make sure you buy something you can use not just cause it's cheap.
