It does the very adequately, just not well. The turning portion is OK, but not smooth. It is jerky. Yes, I would still buy it again.

Great entry level stand

It’s made out of a cheaper grade of plastic which will probably die or break hence the three stars but it saved my neck on a recent vacation when I forgot mine.
