I have had nothing but trouble with this tripod. One of the rubber tips fell off the leg after one week. The horizontal pivot is loud and squeaky when adjusting, which means you can't adjust the position while recording. Finally, the plastic ring which holds the camera on the pivot joint finally cracked. A cheap tripod that shows how cheaply it is made.

This seems to be a good tripod for light use. But, for heavy duty use I would not recommend it.

This is the second tripod I have purchased. Both of them have the same issue. The locking device used to adjust the height on the leg is broken. I thought the first one broke because it was an inexpensive model. So, I purchased another payong more and I got the same results.

Tripod leg broke within a week of beginning use. Very noisy when you rotate the camera. If it doesn't break, this could be a nice light weight tripod. I wouldn't recommend for video where you need to pan without noise.

The crank mechanism on the vertical adjustment is cheaply made, and gets stuck often. I liked the price and the fact that it had a cell phone holder, but due to its poor construction, I had to return it.

For the most part, the tripod was serviceable in what it needed to do, but over time the spring on the piece where camera mounts is damaged while one of the pads on legs of the tripod has gone missing. This along with a difficult time finding a proper way of communicating with the company really has me questioning its legitimacy. If you can find a better tripod for a better price, I’d say go for it.

Do not have this item shipped alone. They barely taped the original box. We had to take it to the store to have it replaced. It was on sale and it was a great deal, but... You get what you pay for. It works, but you need to be very careful. It is delicate.
