    Poor quality - plastic hinges snapped off as I was putting the tripod away. It is worth spending a little more money to get a sturdier product.

    Great price, I wasn't happy with the build quality overall workmanship wasn't high enough, the tripod worked fine in every way. I returned it and will purchase a more expensive model from Sunpak.

    I paid extra to have it arrive before we left for vacation. Not only did it NOT arrive on time, it arrived heavily damaged, not even packaged in a packing box and missing parts. It looks like this thing has been ran over multiple times and thrown on my front porch.
