Returning for a more expensive Sunpak model

I returned it and will purchase a more expensive model from Sunpak.

UPS definitely destroyed this product

Not only did it NOT arrive on time, it arrived heavily damaged, not even packaged in a packing box and missing parts. It looks like this thing has been ran over multiple times and thrown on my front porch.
