Received the broken piece. And I was under impression I can return with in 30 -45 days. After 15 days when I login the site . Return option was closed.

JUNK!!! It collapsed with my device attached letting my equipment struck the floor. Sooo discussed. Lowest leg clamp will not tighten properly and allows the leg to retract.

I am so happy to have my tripod now I can shoot better videos without having someone to hold the camera. YES

I did not like this product. The product is not sturdy and seem cheap.

This is poorly made with cheap plastic and literally broke 3 days into buying it. Invest in something that’s better quality especially if you’re going to be in a remote location.

Cheap and flimsy and I wouldn’t recommend for purachse

Great product for a pocket digital camera. Not suitable for an SLR type.

I missed my return date by two days. The clamps on one of the legs is loose, so it does tighten to keep the leg at the length you want it. It just flaps back and forth which is kind of stupid considering i just bought it.

if you have a heavy camera do not use with this product

I purchased at recommendation of sales representative.. It was lightweight and expanded to the correct height. I have used for about a month and the locking mechanism for the leg extension broke.

Horrible product. Broke twice immediately. Learned my lesson and purchased a Benro Tripod and head. Don’t skimp out on camera accessories.

Tripod head is plastic and when camera is attached, it is not steady.

Used 4 times. There is a plastic plate the grips the plate attached to the camera. It snapped. It is not fixable and there is no refund policy. Very disappointed since I purchased this due to the GOOD reviews.

It was broken in the box missing the part to actually attach a phone or camera. Since we purchased in advance as a gift by the time it was opened it was beyond the return period. Very disappointed.

This tripod is purely plastic and the quick release plate breaks and the whole quality is delicate. I wouldn't recommend. I bought this 'cause I was in an emergency and it's "cheap" I recommend spending the $200+ on a quality tripod.

This is actually the second time I purchased this tripod. It got hit by a soccer ball twice and the legs were bent. Not durable if you want to record games from the sideline or any other event where balls may be flying

Awesome product for the price. It did everything I needed it to do and was very portable to use.

Not sure how it happened. The tripod was in the back of my car with nothing heavy and I went to use it and one of the legs is now broken. I’ve owned it for less than 20 days. :/ and the Best Buy return policy is 15 days.

Leg support bracket broke immediately on first opening. Wouldn't even take it for free since more important things can go in my trash can.

Very fragile  I wouldn’t buy again it’s a good price but it’s better to spend some more money on something with a lot better stability and quality
