At $30 you're not expecting a professional quality tripod, but for the occasional photographer who needs one every now and then, this will do just fine. Only 4 out of 5 stars because the pan and tilt are not smooth, so don't plan on doing any pro moves, just lock the camera on it and take your photo. It comes with a bonus little smart phone attachment that is actually pretty neat. Happy with my purchase at this price.

Works better than first anticipated. I was looking at one $125 and this one was only $22. It's light but when you set it up it works great. I couldnt believe how great it actually worked.

Sunpak is always great. This tripod definitely can get the job done for anyone. More for recreational users but works for pros in a pinch. My little brothers who is starting to get into photography loves. Will upgrade eventually though.

This is a well built Tripod, with quick release head for your camera, so u don't have to worry about trying to mount your camera directly to the tripod. several adjustments to allow you to basically adjust ur camera in any angle or form you would need. GREAT PRICE ALSO.

I'm not a big photo expert. I was looking for a stand which would fit my Canon camera. The camera fits perfect on this stand and allows me to make videos for family and training for sports I'm involved in. It's light and easy to assemble. Perfect for my needs.

I read a ton of reviews trying to figure out if it was worth it to pay more for a tripod for video. This is a good value for the cost, but it is lighter weight than expected and the swivel is not very smooth unless you loosen it a lot. Once loosening it becomes a bit unsteady. It does not come with a carry bag, which isn't a big deal, but would have been nice since most do (my bad for assuming it would). Again, not expensive and a decent value for price, posted reviews gave me higher expectations.

Nice tripod. Does what it needs to do. Not super light, but also not too heavy. It's being used with an old Canon EOS Rebel.

We use this tripod once a week to record the worship service at my church. Generally, I do not extend the legs, just have it sit on a table and it's the perfect height.
The tripod is inexpensive, but it would not do for heavy use. It is primarily plastic. It is functional, not high quality. But if you are looking for inexpensive, low usage, not abused equipment, this might be just right. We attach a USB camera and to pan, move up and down, whatever. For us, it works great,

This tripod has a lot of features for it's price. For someone on a budget, it's a great tripod. I wouldn't put an expensive or heavy camera on this tripod because it's a bit light weight.

I went to Nebraska to watch the solar eclipse - of COURSE I needed a good, sturdy tripod! This one is easy to set up, easy to adjust, and rock solid. My Nikon D3200 was fine on this tripod, but I think it could hold a heavier cam without any problems.

Tripod can be used for a variety of videography and camera purposes. Good value, however, sometimes suffers due to being lightweight.

When I bought it I didn't expect it to be so awesome but when I took it out the packaging it was sturdy and it shows you if it's straight and balanced which I like. I recommend to everyone who has a camera and are making videos and taking pictures
