Purchased this to use with tablets and cell phones. Stable enough and gets the job done. A separate cell phone and tablet tripod mount was purchased for a couple of dollars online.

    Light, Very Good Tri-pod

Recommended by the Best Buy sales associate and I was not disappointed. Aluminum for lightness, good rigidity, has all the basic tri-pod features and it was only (about) $30.

I will admit it was a bit troublesome to figure out at first even with a manual, but when you do finally understand it it's actually quite great. Definitely fit for someone who doesn't need a grand camera stand but something that gets the job done while having a variety of ways to control your camera angle.

I purchased this in Los Angeles because I forgot my regular expensive but light tripod. I needed something very inexpensive and this was it. It was less than $30 and did the job for the day. It is bulky but very light. I could not carry it in my photo backpack because of its size.

Original price was 29.99 but I got this for only 9.99 during Thanksgiving and I wouldn’t complain at all for the price I got it for. But I should say for people who are buying this in full price might need to reconsider it because it’s too light, the legs are thin and it might not hold bigger and heavier cameras especially when outdoor. If using it for mobile I guess you can get away with it. But overall it’s quite a good tripod just need improvement on the body.

Don't expect sturdiness of high-end tripods, which are meant for professionals. But for beginners, this is an excellent value. It is light weight, so very convenient for traveling.

It was so inexpensive on sale that I just had to try it. My Sony camcorder is very lightweight, so this kind of flimsy tripod supports it just fine. If your camera isn't more than a pound or two, I'd say this is the perfect tripod for the money.
