I purchased this tripod to use while recording our son's basketball games. I probably could have gone for one a bit taller, but it works well for me, a beginner. It's lightweight and easy to carry and set up!

Pros- inexpensive, versatile, stable, lightweight, detachable baseplate.
Cons- mostly plastic, no carry case
Not sure if I was going to use tripods a lot in my photography style, I opted with this model to experiment. I've used it already for a Christmas shoot at work and for my light painting. The detachable base plate came in handy for my Christmas shoot and the ability to turn the cam at a 90deg angle adds to the versatility. No gripes at all so far with the construction. The plastics are made much better than the Targus equivalent.

I really like the ease of use and portability of this tripod. It has a great non-slip handle to carry it comfortably. When you have your hands full of photographic equipment, this is a real plus! It's light weight, as well...

Not the best, not the worst. It does the job and is fairly priced. There is some shake, and the knobs and controls are okay but will not securely hold in place all of the time. As you tighten a knob, it will change the position you set.
I have been using this for two years and will definitely upgrade soon, but this was perfectly fine for what it served.

You can use it for a phone. For a camera, it’s tall and sturdy. Used it for different types of ground and it works. It allows u to measure if it’s straight or not. Totally recommend it!

I am a pastor; and in this coronavirus environment it is important to maintain an online presence. I didn't have the equipment I needed. This tripod fits y iPhone and allows me to record my sermons and other messages so that I may maintain an active online presence. It is flexible allowing for a large height adjustment, good swivel in three dimensions. I am very happy with this purchase.

Not bad for the price. Lightweight. Not super sturdy though.
