A good addition for your camera supplies
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you have a camera system that is a bit heavy for steady hand-held shots and can't lug a full tri-pod around this item will be a big benefit. It is light and attaches easily to the camera. You do need to keep a steady grip on your camera. The foot has a rubber pad which can be turned to expose a spike, depending on what type of environment you will be shooting in.

Great for shooting videos with small camera
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this monopod as a last minute decision as I was on my way to watch my son's school performance. The last video I had recorded using my point and shoot camera was so shaky that it was pretty much a lost cause. Using the Monopod helped tremendously and it also kept my arms from getting tired from holding the camera up. For the price of this monopod, you can't really complain about it. It gets the job done, it comes with a carrying case (I don't use it) and the weight is not an issue. At first opening and use, the foam handle has the typical stinky smell, but that goes away after letting it air out for about a week.
