The joints in each of the legs have no rigidity, so unless you're holding the tripod or using it on a flat surface, it's basically useless. The legs sag under the weight of even a regular phone.

I also feel like they didn't recommend the best tripod for me because there was a better one next to it and I paid money for something that just broke in the first month.
