There is a dimmer switch so that you can chose the lighting that suits your skin tone. If you wear glasses, you can see the light in your lenses, so wear contacts or nothing.

I bought this for my 12yo daughter and she loves it. She thinks shes some kind of YouTube/Kpop star now.

The stand is adjustable, allowing me to find the perfect viewing angle for my phone. It is coming with a remote controller to take you pictures at distance and it has different levels in it light source .
