    This is a good idea but the remote is too slow. I bought it to take pics of an active puppy but by the time it takes the pic she is long gone. Hope to find a better one.

    Took a minute to get it hooked up right on the tripod, works ok but not a favorite after learning I didn’t really need it.

    I liked the product at first use, however, the bluetooth portion which is the most important part, failed to work after second use.

    Whew, rarely one gets disappointed in such a spectacular fashion. The product should have 0 stars but because the tripod frame is the one thing that didn't fall apart (yet) I am giving it one star. First I wasted my precious time on making the bluetooth button work with iPhone 8 Plus to no avail (it will pair, but clicking the button doesn't make the phone take a picture, or do .. anything). Then because I use a cell phone case (don't you?) the clamps are too shallow to securely grab it. On a third attempt to FaceTime with my friends the bottom housing (that has the brass thread for the tripod screw) suddenly snapped in two halves rendering the mount completely useless. We tried epoxy to glue it all together to a custom cut aluminum plate but then realized that it's $14 worst spent this year. Stay away!
