Doesn't work!

I have looked for advice to see what I maybe doing wrong. I've tried all the recommended fixes that I can find like turn Bluetooth on and off, Reset the Network, shut the iPhone off and turn it back on. When I go to my camera and select photo or video, then I press the Bluetooth button nothing happens. It doesn't trigger the camera to start a video or take a photo.
