Fun way to burn calories while playing

I love that I can play interactive games like Dance and Ring of Fire. I am not a huge gamer, i mainly like playing the interactive games that get me moving as it creates a great way for me to get some cardio and burn calories in a fun manner. My kids love playing with me which gives us all a good opportunity to break a sweat while having fun indoors during warm days and avoiding the Arizona heat.
