This is a fine remake of the original, made in 1977 by Dario Argento, but I don’t feel like this really needed to be made. The original is a classic.

This is a remake of a 1977 movie---but I'm not basing this review on that comparison, as I did not see the original. This is a terrible movie---in every way. Cinematography is bad, and the acting is painful to watch. Worst of all, it doesn't make sense, just rambles through a scattered plot indicating a story of "witches", but when it's time to deliver the climax, it falls short---far short of satisfaction. Substitutes gore (poorly done effects as well) for a good ending. I would not recommend this movie---not even to horror fans who like the "try to figure this one out" style of writing and directing.

I bought this blu-ray so I could redeem the digital code because I don’t have a blu-ray player. When I selected Amazon as the option to redeem, it applied the code to my account but the movie is only available for Prime Streaming, so I couldn’t watch the movie with the code. When I emailed support, they gave me no help with my code and ignored my follow-up email. If you intend on redeeming the digital code for this movie, do NOT choose Amazon to watch the movie. Choose one of the other options or your code will be worthless.

Am giving it 2 stars cause at least the film did its own thing I would rent it first the original to me is. Better

bluray arrived with the case all cracked and broken so I emailed them and got no response so I sent two more emails and still nothing.funny how they can make sure to email me this review opportunity and take my money but not respond to complaints.won't be wasting my money at best buy ever again.

Great made product but the movie wasn’t good. Won’t watch it again.

Get ready for one heck of a ride! Had to close my eyes a few times, and now I'll have to watch it again to see what I missed!
