After a month it doesn’t reach 15mph, it reaches anywhere between 5-9 mph. The battery runs out way too fast now. I contacted the company and they told me I’d have to pay for shipping. The scooter was already 300 + tax. They want you to spend $40-$50 to ship them the scooter that only lasted a week? I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

A really nice toy, but don;t use to commute more than 1 mile. Not too fast compared to an e-bike or a regular bike.

I(5'11"/170lbs) have it for 2 month (240 miles). It is small, light(about 16lbs), easy to fold/unfold, 1.5h charging time. Good for short rides. The range with full battery is about 5-6 miles! Can keep the max. speed 15mph on flat for 10 sec when battery is full, average 11-14mph. Solid tires make you feel all the bumps on the road. Good for the price, comparing with other scooters.

Its pretty nice my son loved it but it did not take long before the power thumb thing broke

All positive things to say about this scooter. It has a 1.5 hour charge time and a range of approximately 15 miles on a full charge. Love the cruise control feature and the fact that it goes as fast as 15 mph. Lightweight and very portable. The built-in headlight allows for riding in the evening. Lots of fun at a very reasonable price.

Great product. I have 100 miles on mine. Rear tire went out and they sent me a new one within 48hrs. For the price, weight, and power. It's the best option. Great for daily commute. 240 lbs gets 5-8 miles at around 10mph.

So I bought the Hover 1 and returned it due to the fact that it would not make it up the slightest hill. Plus it only held a charge for 4 miles. My daughters razor scooter was killing me on the hill and I paid much less for hers. But the Swagatron had no problems at all. It held a speed of 12 miles per hour up the mile hill and I weigh about 185. The only negative thing is that the battery life is about 6 miles much less then advertised. Other then that good little scooter.

I've had this scooter for about 1 weeks. At first I loved it, but the more I rode it I came across battery issues. It was described as it provides up to 15 mile-range but the range is only 6 miles on full charge(not even half the mileage they described). I am 5'9 and weight about 160 lb. I thought of returning the product but bestbuy is charging me restocking fee. Good- pretty fast and quick charge. Bad- front suspension is present but doesn't feel like it has one and battery dies very soon.

First, the tires would not retain air. We sent it back in for them to repair. Got it back and scooted in to work. On my way, motor shut off. Returned unit, and asked for full refund. They held $40 for damage to a fender. After discussion with the wife, she questions if this happened when they overinflated the tires and the valve of the tire hit the scooter.
