The first did not have any issues for my kid and he loves it. This blue one gave my other kid some trouble. My daughter says it will not go when the accelerator lever is pressed. Sometimes the motor hesitate to go forward, jerky motion and doesn’t want to go. Sometimes I would have to reboot the scooter to get it to start going. I got an RMA from Swagtron and they received the scooter on 8/27/20. I’m still waiting for it to come back. Swagtron’s turnaround time is between 5-20 business days. Crazy slow repair process. My kid have been asking me when she’s going to get her scooter back. And I don’t have an answer for her.

bad battery & loose cables

Returned & got new scooter which also had issues. Cables were loose and got entangled upon installation of handle bars so wires broke. Returned within 24 hours. Will not purchase again

Hadn't been opened and charged officially first time on Christmas Day. So was not the experience I was expecting especially not with the quality thus product was supposed to be

Took all of one ride around the block for it to turn off. Was hoping simply a defect. Come to find out the store does not stock and none available to simply exchange. Not what we hoped for.

I purchased one of these for my daughter for Christmas and she rode it twice before it quit working. It wouldn't even power on. I was within the return period so I agreed to exchange it for a new one. Now the new one quit working and I'm past my return period. Listen to this review and go with a different scooter even if you have to pay the extra money. If you don't you'll end up not having a scooter at all and having to buy something else!
