Fun product, poor quality & cust svc for price

Power cord broke 16 days after purchase due to an obvious manufacturer defect. I was hassled by the customer service employee about it being longer than 14 days since my purchase and not having purchased the $120 optional in store warranty. Fortunately, since I bought online the product was eligibile for 30 day return which I had to point out to the representative and request a manger to override the in-store policy to get it exchanged. I'm consistently unhappy with Best Buy customer service and 14 day return policy and reminded of similar past experiences. Will continue to preferentially use Amazon for this reason.
