Stopped working after only being used about 12 times by my 10 year old daughter. Now I have to pay a ton in shipping fees because it weights so much to get the warranty work done. Was great at first, but obviously not a quality product.

This is our second time purchasing this item, which was a huge disappointment to my son. It worked for approximately two weeks then refused to turn off or charge. Definitely not money well spent. Will be returning ASAP.

Bought two for Christmas for my kids and after 2 weeks both are having issues turning off and will just sit and beep unless your riding. One of them won't even ride at all now. My kids lived them so it's very frustrating

We've had the hoverboard not even 3 weeks and we can't seem to turn it off! There is a constant beep that won't turn off! It also makes a sound when we turn in it that didn't make when we first got it!

Could NOT get this gadget to enter 'self balancing' mode. Can't say i didn't make an effort to. I read the users manual, followed the instructions, banged my head against a wall- all to NO AVAIL.

My son loved his hoverboard until it broke. It won't turn off and keeps making a buzzing sound. Unfortunately it broke 2 days after the return policy of 15 days :-( . HUGE loss

Straight out of the box this didn't work, called Swagtron ..... terrible costumer service. So I returned it Best Buy for full refund!

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas he has had it about a week it's beeping and won't turn off we are both disappointed

Bought this for 199 during black friday sale on Best Buy. My kids love it. Both my 13 and 8 year old daughters can ride this. They picked it up very easily and have given up walking for good within the house! I couldn't do anything with it other than make it spin in circles. I'm 185lbs and it seems to move even when I have just 1 foot on the hoverboard. Thought both feet had to be on before it takes off. Seems sturdy, doesn't overheat despite nonstop use for over an hour. Survived many collisions with furniture and walls while my daughters were learning how to use it without visible damage!

Controls were glitchy, low battery life, unsafe, spend your $250 on something that won't cause broken bones

I purchase two of these items it haven't even been three whole months and both of them stopped working on me

Battery pack wouldn't charge the hover board. Had to send back,very disappointed 9 yr old

Purchased the Hooverboard for Grandsons 11th. Birthday. He loves it! Moderate slow speed so he easily controls it. Only had it 2 days so I'll repost if problems arise.

Does this come with a charger to charge the rechargeable battery?
