Less than 2 weeks old - won't turn off

However, 10 days in, the thing would not power off and emits a constant tone that is impossible to live with. When I purchased this, I read the reviews, and they were mostly fantastic. Now that this has happened, I'm seeing that several others have had this same issue. Apparently dealing with the company has been troublesome, so rather than risk waiting on them to do something about it, we returned it to Best Buy for a full refund. There is an issue with this product - don't buy it.

Broken Charger - BestBuy Won't Help

Best Buy won't replace it. They said I have to go to Swagtron to get help. Swagtron doesn't even have this model on their site. Don't buy this, you will be on your own if something goes wrong.

Horrible customer service waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my sons birthday only lasted a couple hours and never did work right tried to return they wouldn't do anything because he scratched it so we're out $250 and the hover board plus I bought a warranty and was told we'd have to send it off but he didn't think it would be covered we only had the board 1 day.So if you want a good hover board don't get this one or go to Best Buy I will not be shopping here anymore
