I bought the Swash in November. It comes in a large wooden crate and is a pain to uncrate and dispose of the materials. The Swash never worked. The customer service was terrible. The first service company sent by Whirlpool never showed up. The second cancelled the night before the appointment as they do not service the Swash. Finally someone came out and after three service calls and ordering parts twice they decided that it could not be repaired. The service people did not know the product well and did not test the product after replacing a part and telling me it worked. The Whirlpool customer service people kept asking for the same information over again. Finally in February they said they would refund the money but by policy could not replace this product and indicated that they were not sure how long they were going to be selling it. Of course this necessitates being at home during work hours again for them to pick it up and then waiting 2-3 weeks for the refund check. If the Swash works it might be a good product, but if it does not it is a horrible experience. All the time I have spent trying to get the Swash fixed is worth many times more than the cost of the product. It does not even deserve one star, I would give it no stars if I could.

I've had the Swash for a few weeks now and so far it performs great. I've put in suit jackets, pants, dress shirts, dresses, lace blouses, sequin sweaters, polo shirts and I've even used it to get wrinkles out of a few scarfs. It's worked every time. The trick it getting the clips positioned correctly on the item of clothing. I've never experienced overly fragrant clothing from the pods. The items always come out smelling lightly scented and it's pleasant. However, the items I'm putting in aren't really smelly, I mainly use this for de-wrinkling.

I saw a video on BestBuy.com and later compared all reviews available from YouTube and I was sold. I bought this machine mainly to clean my husband's suits. This machine is great to get rid of smelly odors. It does dewrinkle but not one hundred percent like the cleaners. But I still think it is very useful.

I happened to see this listed in the Best Buy weekly circular and looked on YouTube to find out more about it. The videos convinced me to go to my local BB and take a look and decided to get one. It fit in my Highlander with 2nd and 3rd rows down, but otherwise you will need a pickup truck or have it shipped. I used it on 2 garments so far and I am impressed, and know my wife is going to love it (its a surprise gift for her). This machine will not (and is not intended) to replace a washing machine or a cleaners service, but for clothing without stains and that is not an undergarment, this machine can help keep outerwear fresh and good looking. I think within a few years we will start to see these machines in hotel rooms and as a 3rd machine in laundry rooms. In my opinion, as an owner of the product, I am more than satisfied with this purchase. I would love to see the Pods offered from other brands, and sure soon enough we will start to see store brand versions, though the downside is a generic Pod offering not delivering Tide's Pod quality.

I am extremely impressed so far with this product. I have only had it a few days, so I will update my review after I have had it for a little bit longer. I am hoping this is the answer to my prayers for my good items that I am tired of the dry cleaners shrinking/breaking buttons on/somehow messing up. Overall, I found this easy to use. The one thing I did not like or have an easy time with was the hanger falling out of the slot while trying to clip the garments. I am hoping that as I use it more, I am able to stop knocking it out as much. The scents of the pods really do not "match" the scent strips on the display. They are much lighter and less *intense*. I'm glad they give trials of the scented ones so that we are able to test all of them. FYI - there is an unscented one - Sensitive, and it is not included in the variety pack.

I love my Swash machine, I am always on the go and this machine saves me so much time and dry cleaning money. I used to dread going to the dry cleaners, always ended up with missing or chipped buttons on my shirts/sleeves or end up forgetting to pick up my dry cleaning because of my hectic schedule. There is a slight learning curve to getting your clothes cleaned with the machine, but once you do, you will love it. My clothes come out more vibrant and smelling great!

It works well on most parts. However, it works poorly on sleeves and the bottom part of shirts.

It does what is states it does. Takes our light wrinkles. Freshens up your clothes. I like if for the reduction in dry cleaning after every time you minimally wear something. It is very quick in processing. Only downside to me is the size but for what you can utilize it with it needs to be that large

This works for very light garments like shirts. It is terrible for jeans which is what I primarily bought it for. It's also MASSIVE and takes up a ton of space. I kinda regret buying this, especially because the hanger that you put your clothes on constantly falls off when you are trying to put clothes in, making the experience of swashing very frustrating and time consuming for sub-par results

Then stopped working - blinking lights. Called for someone to come out and repair. Was told would be here in a week - then received a call that didn't have the replacement part. I called again - still waiting on the part - then I have to wait for the repair team. Funny - they knew what part was needed without ever showing up to repair the unit. Amazin.

Love it . looked at many reviews before purchasing but definitely worth every dollar spent.

Product worked great until I ran out of the pods that are necessary for it to work. Cant even get them in a timely manner from the manufacturer ! Time to return it ............

Very disappointed. I'm a big advocate of trying products for myself but I shouldn't have on this one. Believe the reviews. A handheld steamer will get wrinkles out and freshen clothing better than this product for MUCH less. By the time my Swash came in the return policy time has almost passed. I was busy with work, travel, and family and only used my Swash 4 times in less than 2 months. All of my items ended up going to the dry cleaners anyway. Best Buy would not refund or give me store credit due to the 14day return policy so I'm stuck with this $300 machine that is useless. :( I've worked in customer service for 15 years and know how horrible people can be so I just cut my losses without throwing a fit. However, this is the first product I felt like I got ripped off by with no help from the company selling it. Just really disappointed all around.

I tried the Swash and I must be honest I am not pleased. It did not take out the wrinkles in my good black casual dress shirt and the Tide smell in the shirt is not appealing at all. Taking it to the dry cleaner to remove the smell.

Best buy shipped this product to me. Although the product did turn on the plastic near the buttons was chipped and broken. I contacted best buy and they shipped another one. This time the product would not work. Contacted Swash Customer Support and they sent a technician over. The technician said the machine cannot be repaired and needs to be sent back. Horrible experience overall. Would not buy this product from best buy.
