Everyone likes them and sometimes I've had to hide them especially at work, lol. One thing i have noticed though is that for some reason when you shake the cup it seems as though the ingredients are clumped together like a ball. Now I am not sure if that is how it is supposed to be and it does not appear take away from the brewing process or the taste. However when i shake the cup for the cafe escapes brand it sounds "normal" like a salt of pepper shaker. That's the only reason i gave 4 out of 5 stars as I am not sure if that is how it is supposed to be and like I said I experienced this with Swiss Miss brand every time I've bought it. Other than that they are great.
