    This is not my first backpack of that brand. I like this style and convenience of all future backpacks have. The best of all is secured bottom of backpack and it heavy duty construction. If anyone is looking for something good that the item.

    A very comfortable backpack even when loaded. It holds what I need it to hold. My only complaint is that I have is that the zipper that holds my MSI 16" and work computers opens way too easily, oh and I wished that there was an optional organizer for the very bottom compartment.

    Zippers come open too easily! While walking through the airport the main compartment came open and my laptop fell out! It’s happened several times now. I’ve never had this happen with a backpack before. It’s a shame. The size is perfect for traveling.

    Everything is easily accessible and the charging port on the side is fantastic. Just remember to close the laptop slot zippers at the bottom and not the top. Otherwise it could open.

    quality constructed. design flaw in that the zippers on the side go all the way down and backpack opens all the way and empties contents on the ground.
