DO NOT BUY SWISSGEAR!!! They are poorly made and their warranty is a joke. They claim you have a 5 year warranty but will label the damage as normal wear and tear. This is their way out of replacing your item. I had this same issue with Dyson and that's their legal way out. Mine was ripping at the seam, an obvious manufacturer defect, and they said it was normal wear. I'll never buy swissgear again

The backpack initially appeared promising, but there are evident quality control issues that SwissGear needs to address. The zipper was faulty right from the beginning, prompting me to return the backpack to Best Buy. Despite this setback, the backpack boasts ample pockets for organizing gear.

This back back have a great materials except the zipper, it the worst I have ever seen, it always unzips and Can not keep close, I am going to ask for a refund.

The laptop and ipad pocket keep flipping open unzipping all the way down when i walk and flings my ipad out onto the ground. Waiting for the day it shatters my screen. It really doesnt need to unzip all the way like that, its pointless.

Could had some extra pockets for small items organization

After using it for 2 months, the stitches started to come apart. There is no response from customer service.

This backpack is trash.. don't waste your money on this product. go to Ross and get better quality for half the price, or less!

Received a Swissgear similar product with different pockets, USB port location and mesh was delivered. The UPS matched, but is not the same product pictured on bestbuy.com.

On paper this backpack looked great but after using it for a month I'm now looking for something better. Yes, I wasted $130. The compartments are too small and difficult to access. The backpack does not stand up like you would expect. Instead, it wants to fall over forward even when nothing is in it. Don't waste your money.

Buyer beware of the 2 week return policy. Best Buy is actively trying to trick people into buying their membership, as a result they have done things like make terrible return policies. I have been unable to return this backpack, unused with tags still in place. The employees at the store told me to purchase the membership then I can return something.

I recently purchased this backpack from Best Buy and found it to be pretty good, but with significant drawbacks. Here's a quick rundown: (1) The phone pouch on the strap is too small and made of fragile mesh, making it unsuitable for modern large smartphones like my S22 Ultra. (2) The water bottle pocket is also small, and can't accommodate reusable bottles. This issue led me to return the backpack. (3) The USB port uses an outdated USB A connector, limiting its charging capabilities to 2.4 amp 5v current. (4) The backpack features fine mesh in many accessory pockets, which tends to tear easily over time. This is a 'durability' backpack, so the inclusion of these fine meshes is puzzling. I have NEVER owned a backpack (Thule another premium brand, Targus, Ogio) with these fine meshes that did not tear in 1-2 years of use. All it takes is a pointy object like a key, the corner of a credit card etc and the up-and-down motion of mobility and its as good as ripped. These design oversights, especially in a pricey backpack brand known for durability, make me question its overall longevity. In my experience Its usually the case that when there are some visible opportunities in a product, there are probably more that are not visible, and will only come out with time and wear, because the same attention to design and production has been applied to both the visible and invisible aspects. Therefore, I can't fully recommend this product for the target audience that usually buys this brand of bag (the ones looking for tough as nails stuff that lasts). But I can recommend it for people looking for a good backpack, just be aware that its not as tough as it looks.

*3 months use* I use this as my every day bag for work. Handy for use through TSA. Very well made material and zippers seem heavy duty yet operate smoothly. Tons of pockets for different types of utilization. One flaw however, if your laptop is stored in the back most “TSA Ready” compartment and you have your zippers meeting at the top of that compartment and the weight of your laptop can cause it to open if walking briskly. This is easily negated by zipping one zipper all the way to the other side. All that said, I really like this bag. Very comfy!

I bought this for my wife. She really likes the more suttle feminine lighter “dotted black/grey” color over the more masculine black version. The back pack has plenty of compartments. The storage on the side for shoes comes in handy during bad weather protecting her formal shoes when wearing boots. The USB charging port is a life saver at the end of the day to add a boost to the iPhone. Great value for tge money!

This bag is perfect for my everyday work bag. It holds my laptop, tablet, notebook and even my lunch. Lots of different compartments for my charger, phone, wallet, everything organized at the tip of my fingers. It's easy to carry and the straps are very comfortable on my shoulders.

I bought this bag for my husband. This is a GREAT quality backpack very well made, sturdy, has all sort of different departments to organize your stuff for when you travel or going to the office every day.

Great for personal carryon when traveling. Place for everything from computer, tablet, shoes, sunglasses, files, spare clothes, etc. Very comfortable too. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

good bag but center where computer is stored opens too easy. Zippers open with out you knowing. other wise nice, great storage especially where glasses are stored. Would I buy again, yes at the price
