Bad Zippers that come undone!

While walking through the airport the main compartment came open and my laptop fell out! It’s happened several times now. I’ve never had this happen with a backpack before. It’s a shame. The size is perfect for traveling.

Exposed Zippers Invite Theft.

Also, trying it on, it wasn't as comfortable as expected. I'm exploring other backpacks from other companies.

Poor quality and the warranty is a joke!!!!

They are poorly made and their warranty is a joke. They claim you have a 5 year warranty but will label the damage as normal wear and tear. This is their way out of replacing your item. I had this same issue with Dyson and that's their legal way out. Mine was ripping at the seam, an obvious manufacturer defect, and they said it was normal wear. I'll never buy swissgear again
