The laptop portion of the bag always opens itself up and dumps out my tablet while I'm walking. The charger cord has no power and doesn't actually hold a charge. The inside pockets arent deep enough and things fall out. The side chiller pocket isn't big enough for anything but a can and who is bringing a can on a plane for the carbonation to explode. I should have gone with the cheap bag that was more reliable and not got sucked into the bells and whistles
