Love this backpack!! It allows for easy transport of my 15" laptop, keyboard, mouse and all the other items needed to have a mobile office.

Just a little different from what picture was there was a mistake

Zippers come open too easily! While walking through the airport the main compartment came open and my laptop fell out! It’s happened several times now. I’ve never had this happen with a backpack before. It’s a shame. The size is perfect for traveling.

I actually returned this because I felt the exposed zippers on the rear unnecessarily exposed me to theft on my upcoming European Vacation. Also, trying it on, it wasn't as comfortable as expected. I'm exploring other backpacks from other companies.

I liked the look of it and small compartments were great but larger storage compartment not as big as site lead me to believe so I returned it

Loved the features and storage but after a little over a year multiple zippers are failing.

DO NOT BUY SWISSGEAR!!! They are poorly made and their warranty is a joke. They claim you have a 5 year warranty but will label the damage as normal wear and tear. This is their way out of replacing your item. I had this same issue with Dyson and that's their legal way out. Mine was ripping at the seam, an obvious manufacturer defect, and they said it was normal wear. I'll never buy swissgear again

The backpack initially appeared promising, but there are evident quality control issues that SwissGear needs to address. The zipper was faulty right from the beginning, prompting me to return the backpack to Best Buy. Despite this setback, the backpack boasts ample pockets for organizing gear.

This back back have a great materials except the zipper, it the worst I have ever seen, it always unzips and Can not keep close, I am going to ask for a refund.

The laptop and ipad pocket keep flipping open unzipping all the way down when i walk and flings my ipad out onto the ground. Waiting for the day it shatters my screen. It really doesnt need to unzip all the way like that, its pointless.
