good bag but center where computer is stored opens too easy. Zippers open with out you knowing. other wise nice, great storage especially where glasses are stored. Would I buy again, yes at the price

This bag is perfect for my occupation and much needed for trVel with tech!! Only issue was location i picked up. Store employee working customer service didnt acknowledge i was waiting and proceeded to chit chat with other employee. Waited and never asked “may i help you?” Didnt look at order on monitor scren and went to look for my item only to return and say i dont know the name???? Last time shopping this location and then asked for id.

Love it! Easy to use and especially love the eyeglass case and shoe bag!

I have used Swissgear products for over a decade, but I believe that will be changing. I got this backpack for Christmas and I find the layout of the storage not efficient and the zippers are just dreadful. I was carrying the backpack by one strap on my back and that caused the zipper to pop allowing my laptop to fall to the ground and now it is damaged. Just done.
