Durable and multifunctional. Good quality. Lucky to get this at the price I paid.

I have used this for 3 months. I took it with me on two plane trips and have used at work every single day. Holds my lunch, two waters, my screwdriver kit, a book, 16” laptop, mouse, battery pack, and my tech bag comfortable. No noticable wear on the zippers yet.

[Employee of bestbuy] Used this backpack for 2 weeks traveling across Italy. Held up very well, and holds an insane amount of stuff, while looking good. Minus one star because the laptop pocket can accidentally open causing all your stuff to fall out. This only happens if you leave the both zippers at the top, but still annoying.

If you are a doctoral student who wants to put their purse, lunch bag, and computer bag all in one….this is the bag for you! I have a 15.6 inch computer that fits very nicely in this bag. The shoe compartment I use as my lunch bag and the top portion like the first zipper as a holder for keys and wallet.

Very good backpack for traveling or simply for your everyday life to carry the necessary items like your computer, your tablet, your drink, etc.

I would definitely recommend this backpack for any age group. I personally use it to fly back and forth to work

My son uses it for his books and folders since he doesn't use his locker and everything fits in it.

It's a perfect bag to have my laptop and accessories in fitting it perfectly. My mouse, mouse pad and charger barely fill it with my laptop in it aswell.

One of the worse backpacks I have owned. The design in theory was good but they failed to make a good product. The chest strap broke off within few days of buying the bag. They put the compression straps that should hold the whole bag together on the front side of the laptop pocket so it doesn’t hold the laptop pocket together and if it come open the rest of the bag folds away from the back straps. The zippers have no friction and unzip randomly. I lost my birth certificate and all the other papers in the front of the bag when going to work. It’s scary because I don’t even know what I put in the sleeve with the brith certificate. Between the layout and zippers my laptop has fallen out couple times. Once I just picked the bag up and the laptop pocket came open and everything fell out. Another time I almost lost my laptop while riding my motorcycle one of the times. I learned you have to make sure both zippers are all the way down on one side or the other to keep the laptop flap from opening. But since they’re at the bottom of the bag, I lost some little things that were in the bottom of the pocket when the zippers separated a little. There are more problems but that should be enough to tell you do buy this bag.

The inside holding pocket and the chest strap ripped within the first three months of owning it. Laptop zipper won’t stay shut. When I asked Swiss gear for a Warranty, they literally asked me “ well is it for daily use?” Like who cares if I used it daily ripped within three months totally unacceptable. I would avoid this company and this product.

May be the worst and most costliest backpack I have ever had… The section where you put your laptop, has a zipper on both sides that goes all the way to the bottom… Problem is even if the zipper is zipped to the very end, or the left and right side zippers meet at the top, after a couple of block of walking the weight in the backpack pulls at the zippers until they are open, and your laptop or anything in their falls out. $1,200 laptop now worthless… Even subsequently with just books the same thing happens.

I really liked this backpack. Was impressed with how well thought of the compartments are and the added feature is really nice. However, with that said, i was very disappointed that she seams ripped after a week of use for school. DISAPPOINTED

Advertised with a USB outlet. Best Buy pictures show the Outlet on the left shoulder strap. However, there is no outlet on the one I just received from Best Buy.
