    I actually returned this because I felt the exposed zippers on the rear unnecessarily exposed me to theft on my upcoming European Vacation. Also, trying it on, it wasn't as comfortable as expected. I'm exploring other backpacks from other companies.

    DO NOT BUY SWISSGEAR!!! They are poorly made and their warranty is a joke. They claim you have a 5 year warranty but will label the damage as normal wear and tear. This is their way out of replacing your item. I had this same issue with Dyson and that's their legal way out. Mine was ripping at the seam, an obvious manufacturer defect, and they said it was normal wear. I'll never buy swissgear again

    The laptop and ipad pocket keep flipping open unzipping all the way down when i walk and flings my ipad out onto the ground. Waiting for the day it shatters my screen. It really doesnt need to unzip all the way like that, its pointless.

    On paper this backpack looked great but after using it for a month I'm now looking for something better. Yes, I wasted $130. The compartments are too small and difficult to access. The backpack does not stand up like you would expect. Instead, it wants to fall over forward even when nothing is in it. Don't waste your money.
