Product has held up well and the material is fantastic. Holds up against wear and tear where other backpacks have not.

Absolutely love this backpack. It has all the pockets you need and handles my everyday use. They thought of everything when creating this backpack.

This is a great backpack for travel. The exterior pouch for a water bottle is convenient, the pocket for a laptop has a nice cushion and works well, with many other pockets/divisions for other storage.

Wow. What a bag. I've never used this brand before but I'm a convert, for sure. It is so spacious and the plethora of pockets and places to hold things is great. I've eliminated my old computer backpack and a carrying bag for work by using this backpack. My only issue is that the water holder seemed a bit small. I had to buy a smaller water bottle to fit into the pocket but it was worth it. The pack appears to be very well made and sturdy in addition to having all of that space. I'm very happy I saw this advertised.

I needed a travel backpack for work to replace a satchel bag. This bag fits everything I need a more. I fly and drive overnight for work and I wish I would have switched sooner. I carry a 16" laptop, a couple of tablets, papers, pens, business cards, cords, and all of the little trinkets needed for work. I can throw drinks, snacks, water bottles, and other items as needed w/ plenty of room to spare. The pockets are exactly what you're looking for with different heights, sizes, and ways to secure items. The shoulder straps are comfortable and it remains comfortable when fully packed. I'm a very large individual and I find that this backpack works perfectly for all types of business and personal travel. It's the best backpack I've owned.

I’m quite surprised and pleased with the quality and storage capacity of this backpack. I bought it on a whim when I I was buying a new MacBook Pro recently. It holds an almost ridiculous amount of gear. It easily holds my 16” MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 11”, Apple Mouse, AirPods Max headphones, large multi-port battery pack with jumper cables, multiple back up drives, cables, sunglasses, toothbrush and toothpaste, pens, wallet, keys, and more! It actually carries so much that my only concern is that the shoulder straps may give out at some point. So far, so good though.

It's very sturdy and good for my shoulders. I cary a lot of heavy things, and the bag is so well designed that my shouldner no longer hurt from carrying tons of books and electronics.

Great laptop backpack that's very durable, easy to travel with, has plenty of storage and reasonably priced. Used multiple times on trips where I had overnights and it's been a great addition for traveling.

I love this backpack. Its comfortbale, has tons of room, fits all my laptop and accessories with ease. Favorite things are the beefy carrying handle, the sunglasses top pouch, and the shoe compartment that also fits my ROG ALLY travel case perfectly.

This backpack has been great. I’ve loaded it with a comical amount of stuff and it has held up without tearing, stretching out, or feeling like it’s about to fail. The zippers and straps are solid. There’s enough room for my laptop, work gear, and daily doodads without it feeling overloaded. The pockets and layout are pretty well thought out and the build quality's just nice. 

I bought this from my fiancé. He had one similar to it. He needed a new one and bought it and he loves it. It’s got plenty of pockets. Lots of room to put books laptop, water, shoes, etc. it’s the best purchase I’ve made for him!

Great upgrade backpack from SwissGear. This replaces a 12 year old SwissGear backpack that was showing signs of wear and tear after over a decade of airline travel. Same great sturdy construction. Like the insulated pouch for food. Don't really use the lined pouch for clothing but it could be useful. The hard lined smaller access pouch at the top of the backpack is probably for glasses but I liked to use it for quick access to high use items like my airpods, the old one was just a soft lined pouch and I could fit more in it so a slight negative there. Like the chest strap to better secure the pack when walking. Overall great backpack for business travel or wherever you need to bring your laptop. Has USB connector for portable battery connection to charge your items but the cable isn't 100% reliable in my experience so far.

This is a perfect back pack for work use. It fits everything I need when traveling for work from laptop to my pad folio, misc. notebooks, cords, ..... It is very durable as well and will last years.

Very comfortable and spacious. It has a lot of places to keep yourself organized charging debt comes in use walk around all day with no issues

Amazing purchase! I’ve been wanting one of these bags for a while and finally decided to purchase. The quality, space and durability of this bag is outstanding.

Absolutely love it! I have wanted one for years but I could never talk myself into spending that amount of money. And now that I did I wish I would have done it a long time ago. I carry a 16" laptop, an 13" 2 in 1, an 11" tablet and 16" portable monitor. Not to mention a binder, and other accessories. I would be afraid to have that amount of weight in any other brand. But I have zero issues and I love it. All the space, extra pockets and not to mention a USB to charge my electronics.

Vwry well made and designed. This is one of the most functional bags I’ve ever used. Time will only tell how durable it is but frim what I’m seeibg so far, it’s been very impressive.

If you need room for a laptop along with other accessories like a wireless mouse and charging cords to carry along with your business files and documents, this is the backpack for you. Very comfortable with accessible pockets at a reasonable price. Very good value!
