    This laptop bag has been great since I bought it in April of 2016. The Strap started to pull apart last month, 2yrs and 10 months later. I sent pictures to the Swiss Gear customer service and they automatically apologized and sent me a new bag since it was under 3 yrs old. I have never dealt with better customer service! These bags are worth every penny with a 3 yr warranty with a great company.

    This is my 2nd Swiss Gear bag and this one is suppose to be bigger/better. My biggest complaint is the reinforced handle keeps sliding to one side or the other and will not stay in place. Also, I seem to have trouble sliding laptop into the sleeve the way the strap comes over it.
