This is by far one of the worst backpacks I have ever owned. Just over a year and it began to tear at the seams for the top pocket. The inner pocket tore within the first few months, but since I only kept eyedrops in it I was not concerned.

A great addition for any laptop for college kids to use.

For less items in the bag, it bends and does not remain properly.

Barely fits my lap top plus not much room after you put it in for anything else.

This laptop backpack was supposed to protect my laptop. It did not. Setting it down from three inches above the floor resulted in a cracked screen. The top of the pack also ripped out along the zipper. There are better bags for less money.

My friends love my backpack because it’s nice, functionality and color and safety for my laptop.

The first one I had went bad within my 45 day silver window, but I gave it another shot. All I can say is this thing has been fantastic. My laptop is not a tiny one either, it's a desktop replacement styled Asus G72GX, which is beastly in size (41.0 x 29.9 x 4.45~5.20 cm (W x D x H)). It was a tight fight for a laptop this thick at first, but it's sorta stretched to fit it now like a broken in baseball glove. In using the second one for the better part of 18 months I've had no new issues. I was helping a friend with their business. I had to fly from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale back and forth twice a week for 6 months. I racked up 22,000 FFM during this period. This backpack made security checkpoints a breeze as you can have your laptop out in seconds to put it in it's separate bin. It was big enough to take a lot of stuff with me as a free carry on item and it even fit under the seat fully packed! This also went on a 10 day medical mission trip to Jamaica with me to carry my computer and camera gear that I brought along with us. Having to carry this loaded for an extended period is quite comfortable when it's adjusted properly. Now I'm working on going back to college to get into med school and use this to take my computer and ipad to class with me. It's got plenty of space and pockets to keep all your gadgets and supplies nice and organized. With the exception of the first one being defective, this has been my best computer bag ever. I also use the SHERPA 17.3" Laptop sleeve when I just need my computer and nothing else.

Would be better if it had more padding on the back and at the bottom of the backpack to make more sturdy and comfortable.

No strap for rolling carry on suitcase. Wondering what to do now, don't want to return

I bought this bag for my Sony VAIO Vpcf115fm laptop (17") and have been really happy with it. It fits under the seat on the airplane easily and is just a solid design. The handle is reinforced with a steel cable similar to what you would lock your bike up with. The section for the laptop has a dedicated padded section with a Velcro strap to keep your laptop stabilized. I wish there was a black version available as blue is not my favorite color but overall it does the job.

This is a terrible product for the $94 price. My son used this bag as a laptop and book bag at college and the straps came apart at the 5 week mark. since the return policy is only 30 days, I have wasted $100. I will not buy another bag at Best Buy. I will shop for a higher quality bag online.
