    It has worked well for me with one exception: one of the zippers popped open while in the zipper closed position. I unzipped it all of the way and then zipped it closed and it seems to be OK for now.

    Unfortunately, I had to return it because it did not fit my large ASUS laptop. In fact, you did not have a single bag that could, so I went somewhere else and purchased the bag.

    i have an asus gaming laptop and it does not fit in the book bag very well at at... when it says it will fit a 17" they mean exactly 17" not a single centimeter to spare....

    I've always loved by Swissgear bags, however advertising this as a 17" bag fell quite short. I could cram my laptop in there and get it zipped, but it definitely would have been detrimental to the laptop and the bag. 1 more inch in height of the bag would have fixed all that.
