This backpack works great. Holds tons of stuff and has a lot of pockets. My laptop fits well even in a sleeve. I am a little obsessive and considering I just bought a new laptop I didn’t want anything to happen to it. So I purchased a sleeve to keep it in. I am able to put the laptop in the sleeve and still fit it in the laptop sleeve in the backpack. Works great I gave it four instead of five stars because the backpack is supposed to stand up straight it is a feature that is built in. However it has a tendency to fall forward all the time. No big deal i would give it a 4.5 if it was an option. I would definitely recommend. It’s not my first Swiss gear and I’ve always had good luck with them. Quality product.

I believe this is the best back pack I have ever invested in. It has many pockets plus it protects any laptop or mobile device.it is basically a mobile office. I have bought 3 in the past and I hope the continue to make this model.

Bought this laptop backpack as a last minute thought when I got a new 17" laptop. I have used a messenger style bag in the past. This is way better. Perfect! Very sturdy, which is important as I move my laptop frequently and am not that careful where I stow it in my vehicle or at work. Great pocket layout for mouse, cords, even files and notepads. Seems the more I use it the more perfectly laid out everything is! Buy and enjoy!

Great backpack for my 16" laptop. It has tons of pockets that you can use for basic things like pens and notebooks. I use it for 3d modeling, and I was able to fit my large 3D mouse, regular mouse, pen tablet, notebook, and a tons of other accessories inside

I purchase this bag about a year ago after reading great reviews on it. I am a teacher and use it to transport my laptop to and from school. A year later, the zipper is coming unstitched in the main compartment. The rubber that forms the handgrip is broken and cracking. I emailed Wenger with the pictures of the problems. They said they would be unable to help me without a copy of the sales receipt. I did not foresee having problems so I didn't keep the receipt. I paid for it with gift cards, so I don't have a record via CC statement either. I understand the terms of the warranty, but I feel I paid a premium price for this bag, and have not received premium service nor durability. If you risk buying one of these, make sure to keep your receipt. I loved the bag, I wish their customer service department could have helped me.

We went into the store specifically so my son could get this backpack. He wore down my old hand me down bag of the same style over the last several school years. He wanted his own new one. I expect it to last through the rest of his education. They are more expensive than I’d care to pay, but quality and comfort do matter. This has both.

This bag is amazing with storage, visual appeals, and comfort. It is very sturdy and practical. It is advertised that it stands on its own which is mostly true. It takes a while before that is achieve able.

You can easily overload yourself with this backpack because it has so many compartments to put stuff. Very comfortable too. Easy to carry and fits very nicely under the seat on an airplane even with lots of stuff in it.
