I bought this after the zipper blew out of my previous computer bag on the way to the airport. It is plenty big enough for my 17" laptop plus everything I need to work. The pockets are well laid out to provide a place for everything. The only downside is that the straps are not serious enough for when you have the backpack full of paper. Too much weight and the simple strap design becomes uncomfortable. It could use more padding as well as a chest strap to pull the main straps together.

This is a great product for anyone carrying around multiple devices. Also has plenty of space to store office supplies/school work

I am glad I purchased the item. Would have liked to have a few more pockets. Provides good protection for my computer, plus I have actually put two computers in the case at a time. At this point I would buy it again

This is my first SwissGear product. Overall, I like this backpack. It has plenty of pockets for organizing, and, they are large enough to hold whatever I usually carry. While shopping, I tried to find a bag that had side pockets, and this one has them, however, they are rather small for much of anything. My old pack had much bigger side pockets that were useable. In spite of the small side pockets, that is not a big enough issue to downgrade the pack from 5 stars...that's how good the rest of the pack is.

I purchased this for my son, who is very hard on his backpacks This was very sturdy and is still holding strong.

Great pack to carry all your stuff. It's actually smaller than I thought. Made tough , Swiss is a great product.
