    I wanted to replace my backpack with one that has a strap to put over my luggage handle. This one was one of the few available at my Best Buy store. The strap is a little too high for my taller luggage (shorter handle) but works well for my carry on luggage. I don't like that the side net pockets don't accommodate a larger water bottle, or that the zippered side pockets are not deep enough to put my compact umbrella in. Other than those complaints, it seems to be sturdy enough for years of service.

    Purchased this bag after the zipper in my other one finally gave out after about 10 years! Fairly lightweight even with computer. Great back support and plenty of room for essentials. My only issue with this one is the side pockets are thinner and not as deep as the other and the place for bottle holders are not as wide for a Yeti or other brand tumbler, just a thin plastic water bottle. Overall this is a great product. Little pricey, but you’ll get your money’s worth in the long run.

    We have purchased this brand of bag for all 4 of our college-age kids. All have loved them and had no problems. They cost a little more, but since you don't have to replace it over 4 to 5 years of college, they are actually cheaper than the cheap China-like versions.
