Plenty of storage for my gear all day. Good construction and zippers.

I bought this bag to carry my monster 17" work laptop. The laptop fits great in the bag along with all my other electronics I take with me on trips. The bag more than carries the weight and I don't notice it like the normal shoulder laptop bags. After comparing the looks, feel, and storage space to other bags in the store I knew this bag was the right choice.

I have used this bag for 6months now, it's strong.

i heard swissgear makes one of the best backpacks in the market. while i didnt find any noticable fault in the product, i cant say it has lived up to its reputation. within 2 months, inner compartment for tablet was torn off. i carry heavy stuff all the time but its not excuse for this expensive backpack to fail so fast

Compared this to all other backpacks at the store location before purchasing. Between number of compartments and comfort, this one won out. A bit heavier empty than others but is also more comfortable after adding a laptop (15" mbp), couple notebooks, and a few heavy-ish-for-a-backpack items (toolkits, hard drives, drink). Definately not made to double as an light over-night bag and a little large compared to the room it provides, but overall a good purchase.

Really regretting paying what I did for this backpack. Swissgear makes quality stuff for sure, but I wish I could have gotten a cheaper model on sale. This one also doesn’t have a lot of space as it’s kind of narrow. And it’s supposed to stand straight up, but more often than not it falls forward. Wish I could exchange but it’s too late now.

This backpack is very good for the price (if purchased on sale). It's endured many trips and still looks new.

After two years, this backpack ripped out. It has a 3-year warranty by Swiss Gear, but you cannot just go back to the store to have it replaced. You must obtain the address from Best Buy in order to return it. To date, I have not yet received any kind of credit for this very expensive backpack.

It is well made, the straps are padded just right & the design is great for the back. It keeps the laptop secure & stands up straight when set down. ( Doesn't tip over, if set down properly) The tech pocket is a nice extra. My son uses it to go from college to work.
