Great bag for the price

Currently 2 of them lasted me 6 years and when one finally gave out on the zipper I decide to replace it with another Swiss bookbag. This one was a little smaller and cheaper than what I've paid but the quality is awesome for the price. Get it, you won't be disappoint.

It's ok but...

My two dislikes are that it is a little heavy. Second dislike is that it started tearing or coming apart in the handle area which I don't use. I contacted Swiss Gear to try to get it fixed and they werent as helpful as you would expect. This has a lifetime warranty which means even shipping should be covered. But I was asked to pay for shipping and return which would make the price even higher. I have been using a Targus with similar specs and it has not torn or ripped like this one did. So now the Swiss gear bag in somewhere in my closet just taking up space.
